I like this place for few reasons: fiori coffee, good location, 7am opening, friendly staff, on site baked goods.  These are simple things that I think all cafe should do/have.  Went there second time with TM for sunday Brunch.  It’s usually a little hard to find table during sunday brunch.  So I headed over a little early before our meeting to grab table.  I ordered my typical skinny latte and sat at the corner reading.  Then I sat a friend of mine walking passed by apparently she was looking for brunch spot as well.  So I recommended Metrio&Co.  I hope she enjoyed this place as well.  

TM didnt keep me waiting for long.  We ordered two dishes to share: Salmon Hemmingway and Pancake Stack with seasonal fruits.  The Salmon Hemmingway was pretty much cured salmon eggs benedict.  The salmon was a little too salty for our liking.  The serve was small as well.  The pancake was served with banana, strawberry, natural yogurt and sweeten berries.  The soft pancake went with the yogurt and berries well.  Oh yeah not the forget to mention the lovely coffee too.

Also, congrats on TM and AL for their engagement.  Can’t wait til your wedding.  I believe it will be one of the most beautiful day. <3
